A cidade do Porto recebe, de 8 a 11 de Setembro de 2010, o XXIX Congresso Anual da European Society for Regional Anaesthesia (ESRA). A organização aguarda a presença de mais de 1.500 anestesiologistas, médicos e cientistas que utilizam a anestesia regional nas áreas de cirurgia, obstetrícia, pediatria e controlo da dor.
